Partnership Retreat - For Business Partners and Potential Business Partners - October 18-20, 2024

This intensive retreat is for business partners or individuals who are thinking about going into partnership with someone on a business idea or venture.  Having a business partner can be extremely rewarding and beneficial, especially if each partner brings something specific and unique to the relationship and to the business.  However, navigating the challenges of a partnership in business can be extremely challenging as you may be aware if you are reading this. Unforeseen issues and obstacles can arise if expectations are not communicated in advance. The best thing you can do is invest in your partnership before you invest in your business.

While staying at a private country ranch in the Santa Ynez Valley of Santa Barbara, you will dive into the core of your partnership to understand each partner's role, strengths and weaknesses so that you can thrive in business. You will enhance communication skills which are essential to a partnership and learn what gives you both joy through the business to navigate challenges.
